A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (except Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and volunteers (including former volunteers in 2009) of K-Max Media Entertainment, GMU Productions and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and their household members, its divisions and affiliates are not eligible.
The Prizing component of this contest is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing:
The Contest begins on July 21, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time and ends on August 7, 2009 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time.
4. How to Enter:
There are two ways to enter in this contest.
Method A - Electronic Entry
To enter, go to the MuscleSportsWeb website at www.musclesportsweb.com, register for a user account (if needed), login, and go to this link: http://www.musclesportsweb.com/tickets-entry to fill out an on-line entry form.
Once completed, a user can immediately receive (10) additional entries to the draw, by completing "The Great Musclesportsweb Survey" located at this web address: http://survey.musclesportsweb.com/index.php?sid=93589 and when prompted to by the system, the user enters his or her musclesportsweb.com username.
Alternatively, a user could create one (1) additional entry the following day using the on-line entry form again during the contest period.
Method B - Mail-in Entry

For purposes of the Contest draw, each person, unique e-mail address, phone number or mail-in request is restricted to a maximum of one (1) electronic or mail-in entry every one (1) day. Each person, unique e-mail address, phone number or mail-in request is restricted to a maximum of eleven (11) entries during the contest period.
Any excess electronic or mail-in entries will be deleted for purposes of the draw.
5. Prize Drawings:
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. On or around August 12, 2009, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select the potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone.
Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Such a person must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question prior to awarding of prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only six (6) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
6. Prizes:
Two (2) grand prizes of Ticket Packs are available to be won which consists of:
- Two (2) tickets to the 2009 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships Friday Prejudging Show
- Two (2) tickets to the 2009 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships Saturday Prejudging Show
- Two (2) FRONT ROW VIP Tickets to the 2009 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships Finals Show
Each Grand Prize is an estimated retail value of: $260 CAD
Limit: One (1) prize per person.
7. Release:
By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor or its clients shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, postage-due, stolen, illegible, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed (including, in the case of on-line entries, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (b) the loss, theft or misuse of the prize, or (c) any property damage or, except where prohibited by law, personal injury in any way attributable to this Contest or the prize (including, in the case of on-line entries, injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from downloading any material from the Contest website.
By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, K-Max Media Entertainment, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
8. Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Entrant's Personal Information:
Entrant's personally identifiable information will not be shared, sold or otherwise disclosed with any third parties unless required to by law. Sponsor will only use the personally identifiable information to contact potential winners.
