The 21st Annual Festival City Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships were held in Stratford, Ontario on April 25, 2009. This event turned out to be one of the biggest in its 21 year history and has confirmed yet again to be the largest entry level show in the Ontario Physique Association. Promoted by Jim Morris and Norm Jacobs of Jamor Enterprises, the Stratfords attracted over 60 novice-level athletes from all across Ontario.

The CBBF National Bodybuilding championships is the only competition in Canada that qualifies athletes for IFBB professional status. Promoter Joe Spinello presented over 130 muscle athletes from all over Canada to a sold out crowd at the Salle André Mathieu. Four pro card endorsements were awarded that night.

It was a hot, humid and balmy day (42 degrees Celsius) at the Burton Auditorium at York University for the 2005 Natural Ontario Championships. Winston Roberts and Winfit Promotions brought together over 60 hot athletes to the stage. This show was a doping controlled show tested by the Canadian Centre of Ethics in Sports (CCES).
